Alexander Börsig has been guided by this understanding for many years in B2B sales. As Chief Sales Officer of OMmatic GmbH, he is responsible for the strategic direction of sales, the development of scalable sales processes, and the creation of new offerings for law firms and consulting companies.

Alexander combines his experience in consulting, training, and operational sales with a deep understanding of the specific needs of lawyers and other professional services. His focus is on structured go-to-market strategies, clear positioning, and a sales process tailored to the law firm, team, and clients. True to his guiding principle, "Sales is the symbiosis of mindset, skillset, and structure," he ensures that marketing inquiries translate into stable client relationships.

Together with the OMmatic team, Alexander develops individual sales and growth concepts – from the initial idea to consistent implementation in everyday life. 

He recharges his batteries by running marathons, traveling in a camper van, and exchanging ideas with people, in order to then start the next sales round with new impulses.
